Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Bella Zeste offers worldwide shipping through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and local postal services. Processing time for all jewelry orders is 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Estimated delivery times:

• Domestic (US): 3-7 business days
• International Standard: 7-15 business days
• Express Shipping: 3-5 business days (available at checkout)

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method:

• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (US only)
• Flat rate domestic shipping: $5.99
• International shipping starts from $12.99

Exact shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive:

1. Order confirmation email with estimated delivery date
2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking link
3. Delivery notification when package is out for delivery

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for:

• Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
• Providing accurate delivery address and contact information

Bella Zeste cannot be held responsible for packages held by customs or refused due to unpaid duties.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

• PO Boxes (express shipping only)
• Certain restricted countries (updated list available at checkout)
• Freight forwarding addresses

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your jewelry arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of damaged items and packaging
3. For lost packages, wait 5 business days past estimated delivery before reporting

We will replace or refund eligible claims according to our Returns Policy.

Holiday Shipping Schedule

During peak seasons (November-January):

• Allow 2 extra processing days
